pics on the link above in its original paint so you can see how good the body work is. Its now been painted as you will see in the later pics. (sorry the pictures are mixed up but you can see the ones before and after paint) and since those pics it now has new black no. plates, new curtains, new door handles, front door cards, window winders, alloy hand brake handle, new windscreen and rubber, Adjustable spax short shocks on the front.
It has original westfalia interior and I have managed to track down a new westy tap which is fitted and working so now has running water from the 5 gallon water container.
I have done something in the region of 7k miles having long weekends away visiting Scarborough, wales, newquay and vw shows...it has never been any trouble although it now needs a batterie...it will start once charged (loses its charge after about 3-4 days)
comes with roof rack.
I had it painted in the correct colour code to keep it looking original and it had several coats so should last for another 30 years
It's also the first year of the Baywindows to be fitted with servo assisted brakes so you can actualy stop if needed, Its great! I have also had the tracking done so it stops in a nice straight line
It comes with the standard wheels just incase you are not a fan of the Empi's that are fitted
I have had it layed up over winter as dont want it getting covered in salt...MOT has run out but will mot for sale..
