Plunge taken,
Just ordered a set of these from IPS West - with postage to blighty - $385 (£253.67). Just in case you are deliberating over buying a new set, I have originals on my deluxe, they are dented and scraped but in good order, even after a good polish they somehow would not look right on a new stock re-sprayed bus. I saw the bus that Midland Paintwerks has (I think it's Brets?) in a picture taken in Southampton - the stainless steel belt trim looked the poodles privates.

VW heritage sell aluminium ones for £270 - ouch.

LV

I tried to buy it from their website but it added $380 for postage. I emailed them to ask what the craic is but no reply. How did you sort yours out ???

Hello,
I think you must have selected the wrong type of postage - you need to select standard US mail not USP.

Just checked it : it's $131 UD dollars via USPost - you selected the most expensive U.P.S!

Wonder if anyone has bonded the waist line trim on rather than drilling holes?

I think the main problem is bonding to a painted surface...... :?:

Anyone else thought about this? Afterall, none of us want to take a drill to our buses huh...
