Starter motor strip down

Done a quick search looking for some threads on a starter motor refurb but can't find any.

Got the starter off and the cover over the brushes/communtator but the shaft doesn't pull through. There's a small bearing next to the starting gear to get off but I can't see how it comes off.

Any ideas or threads out there?
