still got chalky plugs

[oneday!]

i still have black chalky plugs on 3-4 wound mixture screw in and noticed starting to tap a bit, have no chokes well the chokes are on there but just holding the flap open, have new air filters, always bit of black smoke when throttle up oh and im running twin carbs

any suggestions
