Suns out Florence has sailed through her second mot so I thought I must post again as it`s been a while since last one (August last year, been poorly).

Reading Just`s posts about holidaying in Cornwall has promped me so here are a few pics of holiday in the Lizard last year, we stayed at Henry`s campsite which was quite amazing.Ron who runs it with his wife looks like an old rock star, great place great cider.Only problem no dogs allowed :(

love that tent in the first pic. Where did you find it? What is it called? Can you sleep in there?
I live in the states, but I would love to find something like that.

My bus is the standard transporter so adding something like that would be as close to a westy as I can get ! :)

Hi Rich sorry for late reply.

The awning is an Outwell Country Road and was bought from Go Camping here in England, they are a Scandanavian tent maker but I am pretty sure that they sell world wide.
It connects to the van gutter and has a door at either end so you can step out of the camper and walk straight through to the front awning entrance.
It would sleep four easily and has a zip in groundsheet and is quite quick to erect.

Hope this helps.
