show me the government statement that they are planning to ban classic cars from cities, or the formal 12 week government consultation, or anything other than a pointless petition and a bit of hype... :roll:

Im also not sure that city centres actually 'need' old vehicles chugging about? Places that might look to introduce such schemes normally have a good public transport back up.

i wouldnt fancy leaving the bus anywhere as there probably wouldnt be much left when you get back! :shock:

A lot of places its already Park and Ride anyway, and youve got to park 'somewhere'
The only time this scheme has actually been proposed has been for Edinburgh, I think, and classic cars were actually exempt from the restriction.
