Basic plan is simple. Return little bits and pieces back to stock, steel wheels, mild lowering, set of hoops and that will do for now.

Quote on first page !!

Now look at is , Got proper bitten by the slamming bug 8)

I don't know that's true G. That's pretty mild by todays standards. ;)

Feeling the love people. Thanks for all the nice comments

Should have probably posted this earlier. Had the engine out after new year to sort out some leakage and re torque the case. Decided that was a good time to re paint the tinware and give it a quick tidy up. I'm not too sure what is happening with this motor but since it is the original engine I thought it deserved a little respect and tidying. Nothing over the top, just a stock 1600sp the way it come out of the factory.

Awesome job! The wheels and hub caps look perfect, great stance and I really love the look of your engine bay!
Looking at your single cab makes me think of my old pick up :(

That looks stunning dude.absolute beauty.:)
And your not too far from me.:)
Are you just running a K n L beam with stock spindles or do you have drop spindles too.
I may be taking a pic of your SC to slamwerks and say "I want mine like this one". Lol.

Thanks mate. :D The beam is a 4 1/2" narrowed KnL WITH dropped spindles.

Unfortunately Slamwerks are only supplying parts these days and no longer working on customers cars.

Really? How come?

Any updates on this one mate? Or just enjoying driving it ;) such a sweet single cab 8)

Not too much to report Moz. Had taken it out twice this year. Once for Stanford Hall and the other for it's MOT.

Went and got it out of storage 3 weeks ago and have driven it every day since. Kids sleeping in the back every night, tinkering and just enjoying it. Fallen in love all over again.

Was thinking about it Graeme but really like the ride and clearance as it sits. Was actually going to put some thicker rubber on and soften the ride a little more.

Anyway, who needs to go lower when you can just take pics at good angles. ;)
