Hello all,

I'm new here (and will post a newbie thread too!)

Some of you may have seen my 'Should I compromise??' thread in the for sale section.

Just wanted to say that i popped down to Midland Early Bay yesterday and had a chat with Graham, in fact I took up all of his morning but
he really gave me a good insight into early bays, things to look for, different options etc...

A real nice, genuine guy who was happy to help a newbie doesn't come along too often but Graham is definitely one and
I for one will definitely be doing business there in the future!!

As I said, just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation,
