We've been slowly amassing a sticker collection from various places we have visited in the van. Question is whether to stick them on the van or not? What do people think? Really wanted them inside rather than in the window. Has anyone come up with a clever way to stick them 'temporarily' onto say a westy sink unit and be able to get them off again? One of my girls accidental stuck one on their last summer and it took a hell of a lot if picking to get it off. Plus don't want to ruin the furniture for the future.

Ply headlining, stick em to that...

to be honest it doesnt matter does it, it all adds to the vans history if someone else wants rid of them when you've sold it on let them put the elbow grease in.

use your van how you want to see it now, make it fit your needs, suit your character and sod what anyone else thinks, balls to originality if it doesnt suit you, these werent built to be museum pieces they were built to be used and abused.

Just replaced my headlining with brand new ply.... :? Suppose it would age it a bit,

I hear what what your saying...sod it and do what i want, whish i am tempted to do but would it put you off if you looked at a van (to buy) and it was covered in stcikers though? Just a thought.

Did think about the the perspex idea on the sink unit but did not consider velco'ing it - good idea! as well as the table idea, brilliant!

Why would it reduce the value?

and if it did what are they gonna bump you down by £50 - £100 you enjoy what you have and now thats worth more than a few notes in the back burner a few years from now. its the best way of stamping your own personality on a van and making it yours (non permanent)

what effort is it to clean up an interior?

its all about the history?

bits of perspex and velcro look tacky and to be honest would get on your tits after a bit

Araon - wasnt suggesting it may reduce value just it may put someone off altogether - dont know, just a thought.

I hear what your saying regarding the cleaning up. I'm just a bit ana1 about me cupboards i think, not sure why - their not perfect! May look at the table route with or without perspex.

Cheers

If a few stickers put someone off buying a bus it would suggest that they aren't a serious buyer anyway.

Just do your ´thang´ and enjoy your bus. Live in the present, that´s the whole point of having one of these beasties. (I certainly don´t see them as an investment for the future the way they soak up money.)

Mine are here ;)
