I love my bus.
I really do.

...but it's not my ultimate dream bus...

I'm looking at the cost of putting her back on the road and wondering: "what if?"

What if I sold mine and with the return and my resto fund; could I conceivably get the model I want?

I've definitely over thought this and most likely have had too much to drink tonight.
Ahem.

I want a RHD, '71 [maybe '70, not 100% decided], panel.
I've got a lovely, RHD, '72, tintop :)

Is this "dream bus" one already finished and accessorised by someone else George, or is it one that needs a few finishing touches to make it yours?
This dream bus is just a type; not one I've actually seen.
No bus is my bus until I've put my stamp on it

ive been having the same dilemma recently..
i know i can buy a nice lhd bus for much less than i'll spend doing my rhd bus up, and save myself the hassle and time ,but after selling my last bay having never finished it and regretting it everyday since i think i'll regret selling this one too much to let go unless the bailifs are coming !
depends if youre in a rush for your dream panel i guess ?

This is exactly what I did George when I sold my Westy and bought my tintop.. Nothing 'wrong' with the bus I had, but I always looked at the tintops with green eyes.. then the one I have now came up and I've never looked back!

Still confused this morning.

I think I should stick with this bus as she'll always be my first ;)
I'm not in any rush to get a panel. It's just every time one comes up for sale I wish I could snap it up there and then and park it up alongside my bay.

I think it's only come up as "an issue" recently as I'm about to spend a wedge of cash on it and I saw a cheap panel for sale and so the mind wanders :p
