Perhaps you are thinking of Deano (a.k.a Gadget Boy) who used to make Westy style ones... but it's been a good few years since I saw a post about them I'm afraid!

Likewise, I’m about to remove one of Dean’s (Gadget Boy) Westy copy tow bars from our bus, I just haven’t got around to taking pics of it in situ.
