mild panic this morning
had a nightsafe text and email from skytag, 'vehicle has moved from home zone...........call if you are not with the vehicle'
as I was in the land of nod at 3 am when the message was sent, I rushed round the corner to the garage..............and everything was normal, phew
reported it and engineer rang back to say that it was a false alarm probably caused by a 'dropped satellite' which is rare but when it does happen it's usually early morning
the 'low battery' warning is useful but I could do without the false alarm!
at least I know its doing what it should
worth it for peace of mind
gerry

Dropped satellite sounds like bullshit to me.. Surely they triangulate using the same tech as GPS applications and lock up to 7/8 birds
