Had a chat with him today, I think the problem is or at least will be resolved!!

The result is dissatisfaction all round.
This can only end one way if it continues: another supplier will spot the niche in the market and will step in, Transporterhaus will go under and the Forum will lose an old and trusted friend.
Or, Transporterhaus can get their act together, which could simply be explaining realistic delivery times at the point of sale/order, and providing a reliable point of contact (with a promise to call back within say 48 hours). If you are going to run a business, run it like a business. That does not mean reacting to all customers instantly, but managing their expectations. It ain't rocket science. :roll:
