Any one else fed up with X-factor and Strickly come dancing being on TV Saturday and Sunday night. The other half insists on watching them all

At leasts there's the EB forum, or could go and do some work on the bus. :)

TV's crap these days, bar the occasional movie...
I really need something to do in the evening or I'll go mad.
So I have my bus or vespa's to keep me entertained.

funnily enough, weve just been having a heated discussion about me not wanting to watch bloody the xtra factor on itv2, after ive had to endure the xfator on itv1

I feel we have the right to moan, as I get enough comments when I watch Campervan or beetle crisis for the umtheenth time. ('why are you watching that again?') :rol

At least there are some benefits to the divorce. May have cost money, but NEVER EVER EVER again will I have to endure the nonsense of what programme to watch. What is it about women that they demand you should watch the same moronic rubbish that they want to see? Despite their selfish request, if you DARE to question the substance of the programme, then you are regarded as anti-social and they get in a mood for a week. And anyhow, why would anyone want to sit in front of the bloody telly all night every night? Bitter? Me? Never.

Helen luckily doesnt watch the crap, but when her sister stayed whilst on her final year at uni  fecking hell, struggled to watch my own tv, at my leisure not to mention the sisterly fights.....

My wife never complains - not even when I spend all weekend in the garage and then
when I do come up and demand the remote she doesn't care.
Maybe the fact that she has 4 brothers has a lot to do with this amazing feature
But I better get the bus up and rolling this summer or there'll be hell to pay

The problem is that the quality of TV has gone down so much, most people want to watch crappy reality TV progs now with networks only bothered about ratings and keeping advertisers happy. I blame Big brother, it should have been buried along time ago. And shows like X factor making tens of millions of pounds on phone voting. This is the sort of thing we'll have to get used to watching

i have one of those little hard drive enclosures with a terabyte in it, we have about 400+ xvid on there so plenty to keep us occupied. The American Shows like Prison Break, Heroes and Deadwood are all much better quality and easy to get hold of once they have aired in the US.

Good thing about my wife is that shes in the TV business so it takes alot to impress her and ***** usually gets turned over or off very fast  She even likes watching the footy with no problems or complaints 8)

now all these shows are crap but not as bad as that freeking show where the bloke organizes the bloody wedding, not a clue what its called but i HATE that fu**ing program, hate hate hate arggggghh

the weddings in 3 weeks so maybe just maybe we wont have to watch it anymore
