UK/Scotland trip

The 2th July we're leaving our house in Ghent (Belgium) to discover the UK roads and hopefully to get to the Scotish highlands.
Can anybody tell me what shops are on our way in the UK and Scotland?

That would be very handy in case of emergency.

By shops do you mean places to pickup parts or repair garages?
There are plenty all the way up into the highlands
Have you considered breakdown recovery if it's a concern?
Can remove a lot of the stress

Not sure how accurate or up to date - (Cox's Aircooled actaully in the Atlantic seems unlikely) , but could be a good starting point...
