V55/5, my god is nothing easy.

Hello people,

I have got the magical piece of paper know to many as an MOT!

Now i have just received another not so magical piece of paper know as a v55/5, can anyone who has filled one of these in before, shed any light on it, as the booklet ' how to fill in your v55/5' makes even less sense. :?
