Vege engine

Do vege engines have a stamp or plate on them as mine don't have any near the alt stand , etc cheers

im sure mine has a plate over the og engine code. i can't check though as im away.

Hi John, Mine has a date stamp on top of the case, between the generator stand and the case halve join. The original engine number is still intact but it was done about 16/17 years ago so not sure if their system has changed at all.

Mines got a thin metal plate with the number stamped on it over the original engine code.

Arghh thought as much , would appear you need to be detective to find my vege no , what a surprise !
