Very Quick Twin Carb Question

Have recently got new webber ict34's been adjusting the idle but think I may now have them out of sync? Am i correct in thinking they need both to be at the same setting to run as they should?

Synchronization means that they operate the same as the linkage moves. The idle and mixture levels may be slightly different for each carb though.

Plus you want them to be pulling the same amount of air through so a 'snail' airflow meter is used [again the jet settings can vary slightly depending on each carb.........

So is it best to take it somewhere to get them setup? The van seems to be running fine but just think I may have turned the idle at different levels on each side :roll:

there was a bloke called 'punnet' on JK forum who wrote a guide for ICT setting up - it was brilliant. When I saw this post I did search for it but couldn't find it??
perhaps drop him a PM - I 'll also try Fredster as he may have saved a copy somewhere...........
