very very early bay differences

Here is a pcture of the dash from a ´67 Dutch catalogue..

see different emblems on switches, and no hump on top dash pad above instrument panel, white (or grey) knob on turn signal switch, black only heat/vent knobs and blue seat upholstery! Can this be a prototype or is it an early sales model?

I'm guessing this is a panel van and check out the very early mirror and the ash tray. I can remember reading manuals on various cars I was trying to keep going years ago and wondering what it would be like to have a new one with everything working and for some reason an old vanguard springs to mind, memories!
