Details

Line up participation will give you up to one pair of adult tickets - however these will have to be spread over the weekend, so if you are only doing the first day remember to hand them back please
If you are camping this must be booked and paid for seperately.
Vans can be left in the line up overnight on Saturday evening, if preffered, and will be secure. Once the show closes there is no public access and professional security.
The show opening times are -

Sat 10am - 5pm
Sun 10 am - 4-30pm

We will congregate near the rear gate (far left had side of the car aprk as you face the main building - adjacent to the on-site hotel) from 0830 ... we must be in place by 0930 latest. No vehicle movement is possible whilst the public are in the show, so no early exits are possible.

I have the passes and these will be given out on the morning of the event as you arrive.

Please let me know if you want to be involved, or if your plans change and youre unable to make it - 'shit happens' sometimes, I know this, so no worries

It's just been confirmed I'm currently at the top of the reserve list for inside, (so frustrating being made to wait so long for an answer) so at present I'm available all weekend for the line up, TBH it'll mean less hassle being in the line up with you all anyways, so if it's still Ok I'd like to be with you for both days?

Would liked to have been in the line up but I have my father in law in tow who is 80 odd, so not fair on him to wait till the end of the show despite being a pretty fit old fella.

Thanks for the patience on my confirmation Clem. I have spoken to Chris and he says I'll be OK to collect the van from him in the week before Volksworld. I'm having flooring fitted on the Thursday and then will fit the interior myself on the Fiday so will be aiming to get along and join you on the Saturday if that fits with your plans. If I could go alongside slammedkustom it'd highlight his excellent work over the coming years and hopefully gain him the credit he deserves as an unsung hero of earlybay!

Clem,

Sorry about this, but my bus is not going to be ready. The upholsterers said end of Feb. Well it's still not all done - end of next week is the next estimate, which means I don't have the time to get it fitted and the furniture in (due to other commitments).

On the plus side, I have got the front seats back and they're brilliant - so it'll be worth the wait. But just a shame about the Volksworld show :-(

I stuffed up today. Got my weeks mixed up and agreed to do nights next week on a job, meaning I won't finish work untill about 7am on the Saturday morning. In the highly unlikely event we get done before Friday night, I will be there.
Keep an eye out for a squadron of pigs flying overhead, that will coincide with me leaving for Surrey...... :evil: :evil: :evil:

I've cocked up as well, too busy at work and didn't think camping would sell out so currently have no where to stay and I said I'd do the two days, so it might have to be the one day which is likely to be Sunday, sorry Mike

If anyone has a spare camping ticket then I'll gladly buy it off them

My year of events is not getting off to a good start :lol:
