Hi Johnny, anything for you!! I don't know how scientifically they will be allocating space to us. As there are a number of van only pitches hopefully we'll be able to squeeze in. I've spoken to Volksworld today and they will get me details sent to me soon.

I'm being a real retard I know, but currently I'm in the list for EB camping, but I haven't got a camping ticket and you cannot buy them off the website anymore as they are all sold out.
So if my bus [engine is now in so it's almost possible] made it how on earth do I pay for camping or have I really lucked out??

It seems strange that they have not got back to you by now, not as if there busy....do we have any idea where we would head? - just the general camping area and ask? I'll PM my mobile, should be there for Friday afternoon so if you need any help getting this sorted / people updated let me know.

Hi all

This is the plan for the EarlyBay camping...

We have been given an "EarlyBay" pitch which is near the main gate. This will mean that we don't have to drive miles through mud and get the busses dirty. I'm not sure exactly where this will be so Friday arrivals might need to go to the organiser's office to find out. There should be enough space but can we park and camp reasonably tightly so that we can all get in. Saturday arrivals should just be able to follow the pack when the show closes on Saturday.

Those in the "EarlyBay" area will need to display a special "pass" in their windows, Johnny will be collecting these when he arrives and I'll have them on Saturday. That said I'm sure you should be able to get in OK. In case you need to name names, I've agreed all this with Adrian Vaughan and he will be around over the weekend. (Adrian has agreed this with me, Andy Foster, so mention me if he stares blankly at you!!!)

I think that's probably enough for now...shout if anything is unclear or if I've missed anything.

I really sorry but can't promise anything at the moment concerning camping in the line-up area as we are only allowed a fixed number of busses and we've reached that amount. I'm also concerned that we will have enough space for those already confirmed.

Can I give you an answer on the day as by then everything should be clear.

Sorry this is not more positive, but while the organisers have been good to us in arranging this, there is a distinct lack of detail concerning how much space we really have and I just don't want it all to go pear shaped. :?
