Are we able to park up in the line up on Friday afternoon??
I want to drop the van off, get across to the hotel to check in, then get back to the Bear and not need to worry about driving in the morning.....

i would have loved to be in the lineup but ive booked my place with my buddies at surrey air cooled cant do both im afraid will definately come over and meet up with everyone.

I might need to change my day from Saturday to Sunday as I am still waiting for my front wheels to come back from JGE.
I've needed to get the centre bores opened up on 2 of my Cosmics to get them to fit on to the 944 hubs. Jon Abbot is still waiting for the machine shop to get them back to him so he can then ship them back to me.
I still need to get the tyres fitted and then the wheels bolted up, then adjust the back brakes, then lower the rear (adjustable) spring plates back down before I can leave...........

Would this be a problem??? I won't know till later in the week, if there's not the room no problem, I'll come over for a chat anyway, but I would love to be in the line up if it's ok. If I can I will come up on Saturday afternoon, and bang the old girl in the line up once the punters bugger off at the end of the day on Sat.......

OK, heres the official information -

We must be in place by 0930hrs at the latest on Saturday and Sunday, we will have access from 0800hrs, so plenty of time to get in and get detailed!

The public opening times of the event are Saturday 10am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4.30pm ... there is NO vehicle movement during these times.

Each van can receive a vehicle pass which grants access to two adults - I am unable to issue these at any other times other than when you arrive to drive you're van into the line up area.

I will be on site 'sometime' Friday evening and will be around till show closure on Sunday ... my number is 07977 547039.

If anyone fancies pitching up in theyre van and would like to be included PLEASE do so ... the beauty of our display is the variety and the everyday nature of it - show punters love to get amongst the van to see whats been done and compare what they are doing .... the 'show' vans are inside but everyday vans are very much welcomed. I will do my utmost to include all those that want to participate.

The weather is looking great as things stand, so - bring it on! 8)
