Just on the off chance? Room for one more in the line-up? Will have wkend ticket as im displaying one of my bmx's with the Cool Flo guys so thought as im around for wkend then i could display with you guys?

Just to confirm the show 'public' OPENING times are -

Saturday 10.00 - 17.00

Sunday 10.00 - 16.00

We have access from between 08.00 - 08.30, normally we have until around 09.15 to get everybody in by. Please make sure that you are as early as possible to ensure your place and to assist with the organisation - please be aware things are normally a little 'hectic' on the morning, but it all gets sorted in the end

Passes - all attendees are entitled to a pair of adult passes (Children go free). If you dont 'need' your extra pass for a partner etc please say so as we have a limited amount to cover the weekend and with this in mind, Saturday only attendees are requested to hand back wristbands on departure so they can be reused for Sunday attendees - thank you.

(Passes are only available to display van owners arriving at the designated times - I can not accommodate any exceptions to this - please dont ask - sorry)

We are allowed NO vehicle movement whilst the show is open to the public, so early departure is not possible on either day. Vans can be moved for camping on Saturday evening, they can also be left overnight and once the venue is closed there is NO public access so they will be secure (it also means you wont be able to get anything you forgot!).

Don't forget also that the clocks change on the Saturday evening/Sunday morning so we 'lose' an hours sleep. :evil:

Access to the show for the Early Bay line up is via Gate E which is adjacent to the Sandown Lodge Hotel on site - as you enter the main car park head 'left' of the main entrance.
(You will see all other clubs etc entering the building on the far right entrance which overlooks the actual race course - dont go there!)

well ihear all the talk of peeps preping their buses for vowo, im gutted only get back in uk that day so bag in bus, check oil start and go, not had a proper clean or nowt for ages, then the garage been used as a builders store so itll be a quick oily rag on friday afternoon at vowo and thats that(stella fuelled of course) really looking forward to this as really is the start of the year for us, hopefully there at 11 or 12 if the blighter will stat after 5 weeks.
