My mate is selling his bug project as he just hasn't got the time to finish it.
His car was originally a 1972 original sunroof model which he put away in the garage and didn't use for a long time. Last year he decided to pull it out and give it a makeover. Unfortunately, when he got going, he realised that the chassis was shot. He managed to get hold of a 1962 rolling shell with a mint chassis. It came with all the doors, bonnet, etc. He was using this one to make one good car, but like I say, he just hasn't got the time to do it.
He has had the engine fully rebuilt and has all the parts to make one good car. I think the only thing missing is the windscreen as it was cracked.
He's looking for £1,500 no offers for the lot.
