VW Heritage Returned parts

Has anybody had to return a part to Heritage, how long for a return is a fair time to be expected

I returned some tinware earlier this year, I didn't keep a close eye on it as had a lot going on at the time but I think it was a couple of weeks from sending the package to the refund appearing on my card.

Always best to ring them and have a chat. I rang them yesterday for some bits and their customer service was faultless!
