Walk through console/cup holder

I've recently (Stanford hall) seen a couple of walk through vans with what looks like a console/cubby that sits between the seats. The front portion of the lid has cutouts for cup holders......sorry should taken photos! Does anyone know if these are homemade items or purchased, if so do you have a link?
