WANTED: Bottom Steering Column Cover and Insulating Washer

Does any one have a decent one going?

Number 23 in the pic. Oh and a number 12, although I don't hold much hope for this one! (for a >70)

For any one interested if they do a search, FBI, Megabug and Sussex Kampers had them available. I went for Sussex Kampers as it was a tenner posted

EDIT! That was just the column cover. Not the washer part, so still after that if anyone has one!
