I have a 69 savannah beige Deluxe.
I haven't advertised yet or taken photos.
It's a California import.

Fitted with a 2109cc engine cost over 4.5k
2 litre gearbox ( better mileage and higher cruising speed)
Transporterhause dropped spindles (could do with some coil over shocks. These cost about £80)
Westy overhead locker (needs tidying or use as template to make your own)
Leisure battery fitted.
Choice of wood rimmed steering wheel or black leather rimmed wheel.
8 seater with six 3 point belts and one lap belt.
Front seats are very nice recaro's with tv screens (need connecting)
Original seats are available at extra cost but need recovering.

Van does not get used much at all hence the sale. Fuel filter needs regular changes probably due to van not getting used much.

When advertised I will be asking 12k due to all the expensive extras but am willing to haggle for a quick no nonsense sale.

Van is near Southampton.

Now your van is sweet as Chugsy!!! Must be my fave I reckon.
How it hasn't sold is beyond me! I'd love to own it myself!!

Have a 1970 Westy just in the UK, MOT'd and registered in March. Managed to get it sorted mechanically for the Volksworld show and it ran 250 mile round trip without fault. Can be seen here on our club stand, it's the red pop-top at 4.27.

I've now striped the interior out to replace the headlining, floor, and all the rubbers in prep for selling at Stanford Hall in May. I will be looking for around 12K then, depending on how much more work I have to put into it but I'm open to offers during the process.
