Can anyone help I am trying to get my hands on a set of heater control levers for my 1971 LHD?

They are tricky to source in reasonable condition. Alot of us have stumped up for the billet alloy jobs from MCJ...

I noticed on the new JK beta website they have two types of levers for E.B, same as OEM and the billet one. Not seen OEM type before, must be a new product?

I got mine off Tubdub on here - seemed to have them regularly, if not frequently

Hi,

I'm looking to remove my instrument panel (to get access to install wiring for a new indicator switch) but to do this I need to remove the Heater Control Levers.

I've read the Bentley manual and it mentions removing the white plastic rivets/screws from the levers. I can just about do this from the hole in the dash for the radio, but...

1. How do you remove these rivets?
2. I could just cut them off. If this is what you are meant to do where do you get replacements from?

Thin bladed screw driver through the stereo hole. That and under the dash. A bit of a pain but easily do-able.
