Can you let me know how this goes as I need to go down that route!
The money seems reasonable so let me know how long the turn round is and if when refitted it is good and tight!

Hi Paul,
You need to mail it to them, the turn around is about 1 week and the return postage is included in the price.
The guy said they could machine a new worm if required which sounds great.
I will be sending my one off in November when I get paid.
