wanted; steering cowl/cover rubber insert

Hi,

does anyone have, or know where I can get the rubber insert which sits in the top of the steering cowl/cover?
I'm after just the rubber bit, which is about an inch thick!

Does anyone know what piece I am on about? As i'm not sure if you can by it seperatly or if it only comes with the steering cowl!
