I am after a walk through floor vent plate, 3 rectangular holes, with a beveled edge, as like the below picture.

I had see these Buttys ones, from the photos they look flat, and not have the shape of the original?

Thank you for that, do you have a picture of it? from what I have seen of the Buttys ones, they appear flat, without the rolled edge that the standard item has.
