A few months ago I had the bus tuned on a rolling road, when the main jet and idle jets were replaced which out gave me an output of 117bhp from my 2100cc block.
Since new though, the last hand carb has always leaked, so I finally took them over to James at Stateside for him to take a look. He's worked his tricks and fixed the leak, but he has asked if I would like to increase the Venturi to 32mm. I'm gonna talk to James anyway, but what are people's thoughts, and is it worth doing?
 
Specification 78.80 x 90.5
Vw jnl 78.8 forged crankshaft
OEM VW flywheel
web 86 torque camshaft
OEM Mahle 90.50mm stroker piston kit
OEM heads
The carbs have had the main jets and the idles changed from original also, but can't remember the values to be honest
 
I've made my decision! I've spoken to James and we're increasing the main jet to 135 and the venturis to 32mm.
