what colour would my bumpers be originally?

I have got a 72 dormobile, bear metal project. would any of you happen to know what code/colour the bumpers would have been?

Hmm, what colour would te splash pans and bumper mounts have been please

The bumper brackets should be the same color as the bumper and all the splash guards that I have seen are black.
