whats the best way

to get a rear quater pannel(for a mk1 golf) from Paignton ,TQ3 2TP to lincoln,ln63nl.its a 500 mile round trip for me and route finder says 10 hours,and i really dont fancey the drive,lol,
can anybody recomend a good courier?ive used some in the past and things dont seem to arrive in the best shape

thanxs again araon,i think its devon way(i could be wrong)ive just thought my bro in law works for the rac i might be able to get it passed up the country if all else fails,might be a big ask tho.
