wheel adapters

does anyone know where i can get wheel adapters to fit early wide 5 stud wheels to my small 5 stud wheels. I really prefer the look of the wheel which were on the pre 70 vans with the domed hubcaps. Think the adapter size is 112 to 205.

I have a set of early wheels on ebay at the mo. Only 2 watchers & a £30 start no reserve. You could get a good deal.

They are in good condition too, & I am not that far away...
