Where can i purchase new conduits for handbrake and cluch ca

This may be a daft question, The handbrake cables appear to go through tubes as does the clutch cable, I guess these are called conduits? Where can i purchase new conduits for handbrake and cluch cables? or do you make these from tube? can't seem to find them from my normal sellers, or is it just the cable? thanks

I got sick of trying to get my clutch cable right (porsche box conversion) so I ripped out the conduits and got Speedycables to make a modern teflon lined cable to spec. It cost £50 and works ace.
