Can't seem to find anyone selling 2" narrowed beams any more; seems to be 4" or nothing!

Can someone point me in the direction of a supplier?

Cheers,
George

I'm sure T2D would if you asked them

Speak to Charlie at project 1 - http://www.project01.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. He makes the beams for most of the large online retailers. Very nice chap and will build you a beam to what ever you want.

Hi mate, would it be the end of the world if you went for a four inch beam ??? Might work out econimiclly more viable, <<<< Did you see that George  I used the word econimclly when talking about an Early Bay,

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,Might give you a few more options etc etc etc  ;)

I'm fine with slow ;)
What I'm not fine with is an inability to shut the doors properly

The guys at Aire Vally Speedshop are not a million miles away from you George, if you contact them they will make whatever you want

Got a phone number for them Graham? Can only find an email address and would love to speak to someone today if possible!

I havent mate, might be worth contacting Si Medlicot (DTA) on Facebook as he's likely to have one for them,

Costs the same to make a 2" narrowed and a 4" narrowed :)

A 2" beam may cost more than a 4" as it's likely to be a one off , rather than the production line of 4" beams. I asked T2D for one and they could get one made, but the wait meant I just took a 4" beam. I initially didn't want too narrow but the 4" is great.

The difference between the two is obviously an inch either side but there are so many variables that can negate the difference I would not mind either. I'd just plan wheels, tyres, spindles and brakes around a 4 " beam.

I own a CB performance 2" and that 1" would make any difference.

I want to run steelies. Ideally with caps but would settle on something different (like the 15" Merc steels I'm rolling right now).

Therefore my offset is never really going to stick me out that far and I don't really want to have to run spacers too.

Got lots to think about. Still need to make some phone calls but I might have uncovered a couple of avenues worth pursuing.

Big thank you to everyone's advice so far, it's been greatly appreciated! :)

Transporterhaus are making them in 2 and 4 inch they posted about them on Facebook a couple of months ago. They have built in caster adjustment and the tubes are raised a bit.
