Hi all, recently posted about an issue when removing the old wide 5 hub clip rivets. Got through that great with the advice given.
Now however hit another problem with the new hub caps from eBay which my wife ordered and stated they were to fit the early bay, she got them for my birthday last month. What a great present to receive and an excuse to spend a few days working on the van as the nights gradually get longer!
However all wheels now painted new clips fitted and back on the van after some dubious jacking up I have encountered a new issue.
They fit the front great, but the rear axel sticks out too far for them to clip in. I have contacted the eBay seller about this and sent the below images, am I correct that the wife ordered the wrong hubs and they need to be deeper? If so, does anyone have a link to where I can source the hubs I need? Also contacted the eBay seller for confirmation that she has ordered the wrong hubs and to check if he has any of the ones I need in stock.
Very disappointed as the front looks great!
