Wooden headliner - Need advice

Hello,

I'm busy building my new wooden headliner. I'm stuck at this part in my bus:


It's thicker then the other piece of the bus. I was wondering how other people figure this out?

Hi
Are you using a J strip? can't tell from your photos, if you are not you need to change yours
when you get the to the part you're stuck on you cut the back section off the J strip, leaving the part where the ply liner fits
there is a full description on a post i put on only last week search for "Fitting our Headliner"
if you need any more help just ask
