WTD: Early Tin Top

Looking for a tin top not requiring major welding or full paint job. Naturally because of budget (£4 to 5k) I am open for a project but nothing too heavy as not the most competent with a spanner. I don't need an interior as I am after a blank canvas. I know I am probably p1ssing in the wind but you can but hope.

Could you stretch to £7500 for one that's taxed, mot'd and had all the mechanicals done? Requires no welding and has a decent interior already?

That is too far out of reach price wise and only need a rock n roll bed in the back.
