It was up for sale and I am from Bridgford but that was a few months ago now. I sold it to a guy from Dead Dubs for a client. I'm not sure where she is now.

This is the my old square, worst car i ever own. looked nice but had no end of trouble.

It was his daily for 5 years til he got the e30.
It was one of my favourites, unfortunatly the bottom end went, and he couldn't be asked to do again.
Parts of him live on, interior is local, the bonnet has gone to Spain, the rest is a extension to the shed, and is like storage box on jacks so far lol :lol:

I could fill a thread all on my own with this one!

As you'll see im a late starter with the aircooled stuff.

The car that started it all for me, my first car and my first project. It's a long story but it's the reason I give for not finishing my masters degree (and yes I do regret it!)

You could say I have a soft spot for a mk1 golf

Sadly I dont have any decent photos of it finished, just these taken at tatton circa 1999 ish on the clubgti stand

Then there were a few more mk1's in various forms..
