I lost my tyre on Euro trip last week. First puncture in 10 years. Thankfully just next to an Aire in France but I would say bring it.

Some scrote decided to put a spiral design (crop circle!) into the bonnet of my precious 500SEC (east london). T-cut, meh. Feeling the pain. Scrotes.
