You'll have to drill the holes back into the freshly smoothed area, put some specific bungs into the holes and then the pins onto the back of badge push into these bungs and hold it tight on :D Easy job really as long as you get the measurements right :shock:
Mondo's are massssiiiivve compared to single quiet packs and even on my old stock height rear bug i had clearence problems :roll: Most people with majorly lowered buses who i know are running quiet packs with no problems 8)

Oh yea a decently built 1776 with the right spec parts can be awesome 8) As the others said the choice of heads, carbs, cams etc is critical for the best performance but a decent 1776 will not only be quick but it'll last too :D

Decided to treat my baby to a bit of christmas bling so found this T4 Turbo Thomas exhaust and just had to have it :D
Sits a bit low due to the muffler having to miss the header but i'm sure it'll be fine :wink: Sounds pretty good too :D
