Parts For Sale RHD Steering box, plus various other parts from ‘71 bus

Thanks for the welcome back! I've lurked occasionally but unfortunately some serious health issues have meant I've been unable to work on the van for years until quite recently. I started back on it a few months ago by refurbing my front beam and brakes and now an imminent house move has focused...

Parts For Sale RHD Steering box, plus various other parts from ‘71 bus

I'm looking for both spindle nuts and thrust washers - my rebuilt beam is going back on next week and I can't find them anywhere! Edit: Cancel that - I've found them in the darkest corner of the garage being guarded by some pretty serious looking false widow spiders! Thanks anyway

FREE to a good home - Remorque Lama vintage trailer!

As the title says, I have an early 1970's vintage French trailer available for someone who can make good use of it. I acquired it several years ago and it's just sat in the garden since - but I'm having surgery on my leg the week after next and I promised my wife it would be gone before then -...

    Wanted--front brake calipers

Moving a seized caliper piston is fairly straightforward if you have an air supply - you need to remember to insert a piece of wood so that when the piston releases it doesn't whack into the opposing piston (and mind your fingers!). I'd suggest introducing the air supply from a distance at...

    A new Trailer project

Is that a Remorgue (sp.) trailer - I think it's identical to mine! I didn't realise that the sides folded flat but I've just been out to take a look and mine fold down too, thanks for that!! http://forum.earlybay.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=25949&p=222618&hilit=lama#p222618 Look forward to seeing...

    Narrow 5 Cookie Cutters

It's an interesting one this - I've been partial to Cookie Cutters for some years and a few sets have been known to find their way into my possession ;) I agree with Loxy on this - here's what I know... Standard Porsche PCD is 5x130 - never 5x112. No one makes an aftermarket version - only...

That looks gorgeous - there are some really nice touches (the cutouts for the exhaust, for example) - are you going with black and silver number plates? ;)
