Right, thinking of getting a T5 as a daily driver :evil: , anybody here doing the same. Love my bus but i do c20k a year with work (in an A6 !!!) so not realistic to use the T2. Anybody doing similar, any advice on which one, looking at a day van, which model to avoid etc :D

I'm missing the drain tube that comes from under the oil filler (the one that goes down through the tinware) :roll: Looking at parts it seems these come with the pipe already attached to the filler or is there a way of attaching a new pipe or another solution ?

Just changed my oil pump and when the old drive gear was removed it was badly worn (close shave :shock: ) However, put new pump on and ran it briefly and then checked again and the new gear has already started doing the same. Any ideas, its probably simple but if you don't ask :roll:

Whilst my engine is dropped (hence missing Brighton Breeze :evil: ) thought i'd have a tidy up. Going to paint the rear valance, but what paint is best, does it really need VHT ? Plus need to replace rubber seal, any suggestions on best place to buy ?
