Thanks for those pictures, I will think about that. Mines got the extra insulated skin inside so it would cover up easy if I had a removable panel underneath to get inside vents. What would be the best way of cutting it out without removing too much metal so I use it to cover the hole again.

Nice, what does the missis say about having the wheels in the kitchen ;) I get it in the neck for keeping stuff in the spare bedroom.

Do you have to wash the xylene off or are you ok letting it evaporate away ?

Is the engine deck steel different to the rest of the vehicle ? Took a nice cleaned of area painted Ferro Betol rust preventive on it and it goes slimy black which dries all powdery :? Not the usual crispy light grey colour. I can keep cleaning it off but the slimy black crap still comes...

only asking due to some saying it darkens paint, does it come out or does it eat into paint somehow preventing anything going on top of it in the future ? Alkaline decrease liquids are supposed to remove it :?

I got a 151 never blown a 13amp fuse yet, needs to be on full whack for about 5mm steel and run some to pop the fuse.
