Hello again
Can I pick your brains some more? I am just starting the rebuild of my bus CyByL a 71 bay and have 101 questions... been reading loads on here but not found the answers, so hope you don't mind
here goes... where can I get the bit that holds the 1/4 light in and the cab window runs up and down? mine are shot and can't seem to find them in the usual places.
Fuel Tank, I have removed mine, all looks great underneath but how do you clean it out?
I have just stripped the paint off the engine hatch with paint stripper (It was painted in tractor paint by a horrible bloke I used to be with so enjoyed getting it off... long story lol) anyways I like whats underneath, the rust is in really interesting patterns I saw a gti at VW Action with a rusty bonnet with hibiscus flowers in it and thought it looked really good, so how do you do stuff like that?
Thanks for any help and I'm sure as soon as any questions are answered I will be right back with a few more Tomorrow I am going to start rubbing down the chassis to prepare it for my mate with the welder
