Hi All,
I am up grading my engine this winter and as such have my SP for sale, the details are as follows.
1600 Single Port
AS41 Case
Mahle Pistons and Barrels (Nearly New)
Refurbished head on one side and the other inspected for cracks.
New pushrods tubes
Later style oil cooler (not standard for SP engine)
New clutch
New rear Oil seal
Stock front pulls
Single Port manifold
The engine had the above new parts about 4000 miles ago excluding the clutch and seal which was about 1000 miles ago.
The engine has been fault less for me but has no history previous to me, I have noticed that if left stood for a month or so it is noisy when fired up for about 2-3 seconds, It has always been like me this, it has no extensive end float.
£300 as a long block with fuel pump and OG alternator fuel pump push rod and Oil Cooler.
If you want a carb add £75. It's freshly sonic cleaned and rebuilt.
I can deliver in Milton Keynes/Northampton/Kettering for an extra £15
