Hi Pete,
Can you tell me if the gearboxes are repairable, and if so what parts from them would you say are salvageable? How much damage has the water done to them, are the innards basically no good for anything now? I'm assuming best case that all of the bearings are u/s. I quite fancied the 1800 box if it can be mended.

I dont know much abiut gearboxes to be honest.

The 1800 box might have some useable parts.
It would be for you to decide.
You might be able to make one from the 3.
